The 9th International Yoga Day celebration commenced at 8:30 am at NTTF, Murbad, with great enthusiasm.
Following the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Aayush, the event featured a demonstration of Yoga based on the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP).
The program commenced with a heartfelt prayer (sangacchadthwm..), then Over 100 trainees showcased various Asanas, captivating the audience with their skill and flexibility. The event concluded on a patriotic note, with everyone joining in to sing the National Anthem.
Adding an element of competition, a Suryanamaskar challenge took place with the participation of 17 trainees. The challenge aimed to complete 65 Surya namaskar sequences, showcasing the dedication and physical prowess of the participants. All contestants displayed remarkable determination and agility throughout the competition.
To ensure the well-being of the participants, refreshments were provided. Additionally, all participants will receive a certificate of participation from SSN, recognizing their commitment to Yoga.
Mr. Pradeep Sarode, Deputy Manager at NTTF, delivered an inspiring message on the significance of Yoga, emphasizing its positive impact on physical and mental well-being.
The event was attended by the entire staff and trainees of NTTF, as well as representatives from Technocraft Industries.
