Sharad Kumar Saraf

Chairman cum Managing Director, aged 60+ years, is holding a degree in electronics engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. After graduating from IIT in 1969, underwent one-year Industrial Training in Germany in 1970. Promoted the Technocraft group in 1972, and since has been instrumental in the overall progress of the organisation, handles all the commercial aspects of the company.

Sudarshan Kumar Saraf

Co-Chairman cum Managing Director, aged 60+ years, holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He founded the group and has been instrumental in the growth of the group to its present size starting form almost scratch. He directs all the engineering operations of the group.

Sudarshan Kumar Saraf was conferred the distinguished service award for the year 1999 by the Institute of Technology, Bombay, he pioneered the development of interval thread rolling process, developed and built SPM’s and tools that increased yields and some were first of its kind introduced in America which saved the customer a few people per shift, he holds 3 patents each in new process, new product and new tooling.

He is also on the board of BMS Industries Limited, Ashrit Holdings Limited, Technosoft Engineering Projects Limited. He is trustee of the trusts supported by the promoters and Director of Anhui Reliable Steel Technology Ltd (China), Technocraft International Limited (UK), Technocraft Trading Spolka (Poland).

Navneet Kumar Saraf

Director & CEO, aged 35+ years, he holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.

He led the diversification of the Group into the value added scaffolding and formwork business which is now a $80M business for the Group. He also founded and led the Group's entry into the fast growing engineering services outsourcing (ESO) segment and founded Technosoft Engineering Projects Ltd which is the Group's engineering services subsidiary and employs over 500 engineers today with operations in India, USA, Canada, UK and Germany.

He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). He is also on the Board of Anhui Reliable Steel Technology (ARST) in China, Technosoft Engineering Projects Ltd, Technocraft International Ltd (UK) and Technocraft Australia Pty Ltd.

Ashish Kumar Saraf

Director, aged 33+ years; he holds a Bachelors degree of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He has successfully completed his Masters in Textile Technology from Manchester University, UK. He has also completed a course on Cotton Management from Rhodes Institute, Memphis, USA.

He is director of BMS Industries Limited, Ashrit Holdings Limited, Z.O.O. (Poland.), Anhui Reliable Steel Technology Ltd (China), Technocraft International, Technocraft Trading Spolka (Poland).
