Leadership

The Technocraft Group has grown steadily and profitably since the early 1970’s.

Founding directors Mr S K Saraf and Mr S M Saraf are distinguished engineering award holders from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and are respected and well connected within business communities both in India and globally.

Both are actively involved in the continued development and growth of the group.

Mr Navneet Saraf MBA, a Technocraft Group board member and presently the Chairman of Technosoft, holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from UMIST, Manchester, UK with specialist knowledge in FEA.

Operations

The company operates with a head office in Mumbai and branch offices in the UK, USA, Europe and soon the Far East. Local country directors are responsible for sales and delivery to their respective customers.

A new high tech office complex will replace the Technosoft head office in Mumbai later this year.

There are engineering and IT services centres at two other locations in Western India.

Strategy

Technosoft is growing both organically and by acquisition.

The company will continue to seek opportunities for joint venture, partnership and acquisition in those countries that can take advantage of the abundance of cost effective knowledge workers available in India and at other Technosoft locations worldwide.
