Specifications for Tite-Seal Flanges and Plugs.


Tite-Seal octagon flanges and round plugs meet all U.S. DOT and U.N. standards and are completely interchangeable with other similar brands of drum closures. Standard Tite-Seal closures are electroplated with bright zinc and yellow passivated against corrosion. Unplated, Tinplated, Nickelplated and Phosphatized closures can also be supplied upon customer request. Tite-Seal closures are also available unplated or factory coated with standard U.S. manufactured chemical resistant and food grade linings to meet your exact specifications.

Available linings include: Buff epoxy phenolic. Tan phenolic epoxy. Red phenolic. Clear phenolic. Green phenolic. A variety of gaskets are available including Buna, EPDM, Polyirradrated, Teflon and Viton.

Specifications for Tite-Seal Metal and Plastic Capseals.

	Security capseals assure maximum protection for drummed products. Steel security capseals are made of quality tin plated stel which is precisely formed, lined with a chemical resistant lacquer and fitted with a heat cured vinyl gasket. A white enamel exterior is standard and multi-color custom litho printing is available.
Plastic security capseals are made from high quality polyethylene plastic and can be silkscreened with custom designs specified by our customers.

Manual and pneumatic capseal crimping tools are available for fast and effective installation.

Specifications for Can seal closures.

TECHNOCRAFT CAN SEAL CLOSURE 63mm Standard and Anti-Glug. Fits on both Metal and Plastic tops.
Fits on a large opening of 63mm / 2-3/8" without registry, thus allows a fast and efficient filling.
One time double tamper proof sealing. Suits up to 5 gallon pails.

Either a manual or a pneumatic crimping tool is to be used to fix the "TECHNOCRAFT CAN SEAL CLOSURE" on a drum top. These crimping tools supplied by TECHNOCRAFT are common for metal drum tops and plastic drum tops.

Specifications for Leak Lock System.

	The Leak Lock system is a two piece system which is used when the octagon flange gasket has been incinerated during the burning operation of the reconditioning process. This plug replaces the traditional three piece system that uses a gasket, retaining ring, and hexagon plug. The Leak Lock system alleviates the problem of alignment, therefore saving you time and assuring your customer a quality seal. This system is the simplest and most effective on the market to prevent flange leakage due to drum incineration.

Dies.

We have a wide range of options for Flange Insertion Dies:

	Individual manual dies consisting of 4 dies for 2" and 3/4" 1st operation and 2nd operation.
	Tandem Die consisting of 2 sets to do 1st operation and 2nd operation simultaneously for 2" and 3/4" Flanges.
	Single Operation Tandem Die capable of doing 2" and 3/4" 1st operation and 2nd operation in one stroke.

We can also customize the dies for automatic feeding, inspection devices or any other specific requirements of customer.

Clamps

All clamp are electrozinc plated. Different types of lugs and bolts and nuts is also available. Technocraft produces and supplies any special design clamp suitable for projection, spot welding or reveting. (We make more than 100 types of clamps)
