Foreign Subsidiary / Joint Venture :
 
Technocraft Industries (India) Limited is the parent company. It has four  divisions Drum Closures, Steel Tubes and Scaffoldings , Cotton Yarn and Garment. It has four foreign subsidiaries and two fellow subsidiaries namely:-
 
1. Technocraft International Limited, U.K. It was incorporated on 02-04-1993 and its main business is to trade in goods manufactured by Technocraft. Its registered office situated at Unit-2, Hammond Avenue, Whitehill Industrial Estate, Stockport, Cheshire SK4 IPQ, England
 
2. Technocraft Trading Spolka, Poland It was incorporated on 14.05.1998 and its main business is in to trading of yarn, drum closures and Scaffolding, sale of product made by Technocraft in Poland and neighboring countries. Its registered office is situated at UL. Gomicza 18/36, 91-765 Lodz- Polska
 
3. Technocraft (Hungary) KFT It was incorporated on 14.05.1998 and its main business is in to trading of yarn, drum closures and Scaffolding, sale of product made by Technocraft in Poland and neighboring countries. Its registered office is situated at UL. Gomicza 18/36, 91-765 Lodz- Polska
 
4. Technocraft Australia Pty Ltd It was incorporated on 29.03.2006 and its main business is to trade in goods manufactured by the Technocraft. Its registered office is situated at 1/211 Newton Road,Wetherill park, NSW 2164.
 
5. Anhui Reliable Steel Technology Co Ltd , a wholly owned subsidiary company was incorporated in March 2009. Its main business is manufacturing steel scaffolding systems and drum closures. It is situated in Anhui zone near Nanjing and has about 35000 sq meters of land and factory building.
 
6. Technocraft Tabla Formwork Systems Private Limited. Technocraft has entered into a Joint Venture with TABLA Construction Systems of Canada to enter the formwork business. A new company Technocraft Tabla Formwork Systems Private Limited has been created in India which will manufacture and distribute TABLA formwork products in India
 
Fellow Subsidiary :
 
1. CAE Systems Gmbh.(Germany) The Company was incorporated on September 1, 2005 and its main business is to carry out software development and other related services. The basic operations are to cater to the European market. Its registered office is situated at Londoner Bogen 4, 44269 Witten Germany and Registration No is HRB 19144.
 
2. Impact Engineering Pvt Ltd (USA) The Company was incorporated on 11th June 1993 and its main business is providing an integrated line of engineering services including services related to mechanical design and engineering, product simulation, technical staffing, systems integration and related consulting to manufacturers. Technosoft Information Technologies (India) Limited, a subsidiary of Technocraft Industries (India) Limited, acquired this company on 31st August 2006. Its registered office is situated at Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
